Interviewing at Prelude

We’re building a better hiring process at Prelude, and we’d love you to experience it! Our goal is to provide a transparent and fast experience that puts candidates first.

Here’s what to expect when interviewing with us:


If your application looks like a fit we’ll reach out to schedule an intro call (using our product, of course!).

Second round

Our second round will be a competency interview with a teammate.

Take home

Any take home exercise (some roles) will be brief – we don’t want you to spend hours on it.


Our “Onsite” is a chance to meet with more of the team over Zoom and make sure this feels like the best fit!

Throughout the process you’ll meet with everyone you’d work with day-to-day, including both founders, and 1-2 teammates from other teams during our Culture Add interview.
